The situation

People read the reviews before contacting the practice.

Unanswered reviews and outdated information make the profile look neglected while someone is deciding which practice to contact.

Unanswered reviews

Reviews sit there with no reply. Readers perceive a practice that does not listen, or is not there.

A stale Google profile

Outdated hours, photos and information, nothing new: the profile looks abandoned exactly where people decide.

Requests left to chance

Review requests are made from memory, irregularly, or with improper practices that expose the practice.

What it does

Every review is followed with care for privacy and in the tone of the practice.

  • Replies to Google reviews in a professional tone that respects privacy.
  • A Google Business Profile kept active with useful information and content.
  • Review requests only to patients with valid consent, in an orderly way.
  • A readable report on reviews received and replies published.
What it doesn't do, by choice

Some boundaries are part of the method, not a limit to hide.

  • No review gating: we do not filter patients to collect only the satisfied ones.
  • No incentives or fake reviews: they would be improper and risky for the practice.
  • We never publicly confirm that a person is a patient of the practice.
  • We do not promise a number of stars or reviews: we propose a method and measure it.

Does this fit how you work? Tell us how your practice handles it today: we look together at whether Aurea makes sense in your case.

How it works

The flow, step by step.

New review

A review arrives on the practice Google profile.

Draft reply

We prepare a reply in the tone of the practice, informative and measured.

Review

Privacy and compliance check: no confirmation of a relationship, no sensitive data.

Publication

The reply is published and stays consistent with the voice of the practice.

Monitoring

The profile stays looked after over time, with a readable periodic report.

From the moment a review arrives to when the reply is live.

Example of use

How it looks, in practice.

An illustrative example in a real interface, not a fake image and with no client data. It shows how it works, not a promised result.

★★★★★
Google

Kind and punctual staff. They explained everything calmly and I felt in good hands.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are glad you felt in good hands and remain available for anything you need.

Compliant request

Dear patient, if you were happy with your visit, your opinion on Google can help others. No obligation, and you can ignore this message at any time.

Sent only to those who gave valid consent. No incentives, no filtering of reviews.

Profile monitoring

  • Reviews with a reply
  • New reviews this month
  • Profile updates

Structure of the report we share. Real values depend on the practice: we report no numbers here.

Possible integrations

Aurea relies on the tools the practice already uses. Integrations are assessed case by case, after the analysis.

Google Business Profile

The main channel where Aurea follows reviews and information.

Practice management software

To identify patients with valid consent to ask for a review.

Email, SMS and WhatsApp Business

To invite a review from those who gave consent, without pressure.

Categories of tools, not specific partners or brands. What to connect, and on what terms, is assessed after the analysis.

Configuration and implementation

Aurea is activated modularly, only after understanding the context of the practice. No one-size-fits-all package.

  1. Analysis

We look at the Google profile, reviews received, available consent and the tone of the practice.

  2. Configuration

We set the tone, reply templates and the review-request path, on your tools.

  3. Gradual activation

We start from replies and the profile; review requests begin once consent is in order.

  4. Measurement

A periodic report on reviews and replies, to decide the next steps together.

Who it's for

Aurea makes sense when online reputation matters but no one follows it consistently.

Solo professionals

Those with no time to reply and curate the profile, but who know patients read.

Practices active but standing still

Many reviews received, few replies, a profile not kept up to date.

Multi-site clinics

Those who must keep the voice of the practice consistent across profiles and sites.

Frequently asked questions

Specific questions about Aurea.

Do you also reply to negative reviews?

Yes. We prepare a measured, professional reply, without entering into clinical matters and without confirming that the person is a patient. The aim is to show that you listen, not to argue in public.

Do you ask patients for reviews yourselves?

Only patients who have given valid consent, in an orderly way. We do not filter people by how satisfied they seem: that would be review gating, an improper practice we do not use.

Do you use incentives or filters to get only positive reviews?

No. No incentives, no fake reviews, no filtering of patients. These are risky for the practice and against platform rules.

Are replies written by an AI or by a person?

Replies follow templates and a tone agreed with the practice and are reviewed for privacy and compliance before publication. The tone stays that of the practice, not a generic text.

Can you remove false or defamatory reviews?

We can report them to the platform under its policies, but removal depends on Google, not on us: we do not promise it. In the meantime we help you manage the public reply.

Do you need access to the Google profile?

We assess the right level of access together, with clear roles. The practice remains the owner of its profile: we define beforehand what we manage and how.

Aurea

A practice reputation is built with consistency, not shortcuts. Aurea brings that consistency.

What happens after you submit

  1. We read your request and classify it by the priority you indicate.
  2. We call you back to clarify context, priorities and next steps.
  3. We assess together whether and how to proceed. No commitment.

We use your data only to handle the request, under the Privacy Policy. No promise of results.
